Why Rogue Theory

Rogue ideas.
Proven like theory.

What our name means, how we work, and why health and wellness is our focus.

01 / The name
rogue
ADJ.

Going against the grain. Acting independently of the status quo.

theory
N.

Not a guess. An explanation tested so many times it predicts what happens next.

A contradiction.
On purpose.

The status quo gets you status quo results. So we go looking for the ideas other agencies won't try.

Then we get strict about it. Every rogue idea is a hypothesis. We test it, measure it, and try to break it. The ones that survive get scaled. The ones that don't teach us something.

Unusual ideas, scientific method. That's how singular results happen.

Hypothesis →

A rogue idea, written down with what would prove it wrong.

02

Structured and measured. Sized so a miss is cheap.

Theory

What survives gets scaled. Your playbook gets better every month.

02 / Why health

Some conversions
are people.

I've spent 17 years in growth. I love the craft: the testing, the numbers, the moment a campaign clicks. Somewhere along the way I realized the work means more when the product does.

Think about who's on the other side of a health ad.

The woman who has been trying to have a child and finally finds a clinic that can help.

The mammogram someone stopped putting off, and the cancer caught early.

The daily routine a person finally sticks with, because they actually like doing it.

Helping the brands that reach those people grow is the most meaningful work I know how to do. It's a privilege. So we stopped being generalists. Rogue Theory works with health brands, and only health brands.

03 / Why only health

Harder to market.
That's the point.

Health isn't a category you can run on a generic playbook. Here's what makes it different, and why we like it that way.

01

People learn before they buy.

Nobody needs a pen explained. Colostrum does. So does joint support for your dog, or why an early mammogram matters. Health marketing is education, built touch by touch over weeks or months. It's harder. It's also our favorite part.

02

The rules are different.

Stricter ad policies on what you can claim, who you can reach and what you can track. We know where the lines are, so our clients stay compliant and still get to try new things.

03

The relationship is the product.

Most health customers stay for years. That changes the math: more room to test upfront, and measurement that runs from first click to year three, not first order.

04

Specialists beat playbooks.

Generalists run the same plan for every client. We go deep on one category, and every account we run makes the next one smarter.
